Grab a bite at Dulce Vida Cafe

In the mood for some Latin Cuisine?

Dulce Vida is a Colombian Cafe & Restaurant located on the Upper East Side (UES) in NYC. I would say that their food is a mixture of different Latin cuisines and not just Colombian food. Their food is packed with flavor with a price range of about $11-30 per meal. Dulce Vida also plays music ranging from Salsa, Merengue and other genres. For dinner time they dim the lights and bring out a small candle to the center of the table to add more of a cozy vibe.

Cazuela de Frijoles*: Red bean casserole with chopped chicharron (Colombian-style bacon) & flank steak, sweet plantains & avocado with a side of white rice.

*If you would like your dish to be vegetarian ask to remove chicharron & flank steak.

Feeling a bit thirsty?...
Make sure to order a "Jugo de Mora con leche" (Blackberry juice with milk)

For dessert (not pictured) opt for a Tres Leches cake.
